Charter Communications has an immediate opening for a High-Volume Corporate Recruiter in Mililani, Hawaii. This role will be responsible for high volume and non-high volume recruitment supporting our Field Operations business unit in the West Region.
Our ideal candidate has at least three years of high volume recruitment experience all the while managing multiple recruitment projects. This position will travel to conduct interviews and will report to the Manager, West Region Recruitment, located in El Segundo, CA. Recruiters who are detailed oriented, thrive in a process-orientated environment and flexible in a structured manner will succeed in the role. Duties and responsibilities
Provide full cycle recruitment service in a high volume, fast-paced environment, which includes determining the needs, sourcing, screening, onboarding and follows up throughout the recruitment process
Provide consultation to line management on strategic staffing plans
Conduct all pre-screening and interviewing candidates
Ensure candidates advance through the hiring process
Completes status reports on areas of responsibility and projects
Responsible for reviewing all background checks and ensuring the accuracy of all new hire paperwork as well as orientating and onboarding all new hires
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related degree preferred
2-5 years' experience in full life cycle recruitment
Time management skills and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple recruitment activities simultaneously
Passionate about recruitment with outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communications skills, with a customer-service focus
Must be flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
High Volume Recruiting: 1 year (Required)
Open to travel to conduct interviews.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
