Director of Data Systems
Job Description:
Designs, organizes, controls and manages the technical delivery of ASB's data repositories, enterprise data warehouse and report/business intelligence development tools and efforts.
Provides oversight and management for the team that provides support for the retail banking and loan/credit operations divisions and the associated applications used and deployed by Technology Department. Works collaboratively with the appropriate business units to solve business challenges with the use of technology. Manages resources to appropriately prioritize between operational and project demands.
Works collaboratively with Director of Enterprise Data Management and the Department of Enterprise Data Management to strategize, organize, implement and maintain the use of data to meet ASB's needs.
Provides oversight of key initiatives, including performing as project manager for those initiatives as deemed necessary. Mentor subordinates to provide end to end analysis and business workflow analysis in every aspect of the technology solutions they recommend and implement.
Serves as a role model for business enablement through the use and implementation of technology to others in the organization.
Manages relationships with key stakeholders, vendors and service providers. As appropriate, serve as a vendor manager for vendors that provide services in area overseen.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience
o Minimum of seven (7) years of equivalent work experience in Information Technology including support and maintenance of IT hardware and software
o Minimum of two (2) years of management and/or project management experience
o Exhibits the following competencies in relation to IT work.

and consultants
o Strong interpersonal skills to influence, motivate, persuade, mentor and train various groups or individuals
o Proficient PC skills utilizing Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and VisioEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
