Network Senior Analyst
Job Description:
Responsible for designing a technology infrastructure that supports the corporate Technology strategy. Works with business owners to identify technology infrastructure components that support the organization's long-term needs.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in a computer or technology related field, or equivalent work experience, or significant relevant certification
o Five (5) years of equivalent work experience designing technology infrastructures
o Thorough knowledge of the Internet Protocol and all aspects of traffic management, including quality of service (QoS) to support Voice over IP (VoIP), video and multicast
o In-depth knowledge and experience in mission-critical/high-availability in large/complex IT environments, including building resilient networks using virtual switching and OSPF/BGP Routing
o Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Suite, Call Manager, Unity and Contact Center
o CCDP/CCDE/CCIE Cisco Certification
o Experience with SolarWinds Orion Network Performance Monitor
o Experience with both Cisco routers and switches and firewalls
o Ability to document and diagram complex network environments and topologies
o Ability to work well with others in a collaborative manner
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
